He has worked at WEG since 1997, leading several transformation projects. As a Corporate Architect, he led the implementation of the group’s IT Strategic Planning, with a global scope, between 2012 and 2020. He was responsible for the development of WEG’s first AI in 2018, and formed the company’s first Artificial Intelligence team. A professor in undergraduate, graduate and executive immersion courses since 2010, he is the co-founder of NewAgent, where he has worked as a Consultant, Mentor and Advisor in Strategy.
