With 13 years of experience at TOTVS, he specialized in sales, business management, ERP implementation and project management. In addition, he has given over 2,000 hours of training on business management, manufacturing, CRM, logistics and billing processes.
He has an MBA from FGV, a Business Strategy course from Harvard University, a postgraduate degree in Business Strategy from UNICAMP and a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Technology.
With international experience in the USA and Argentina, Marcelo has advanced Spanish and intermediate-advanced English, bringing a global vision to his projects and events.
